Shipping policy
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code. Shipping takes about 5-7 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Fierce is not liable for lost/stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Customer is responsible for providing the correct email and shipping address. If a package gets returned to Fierce due to an incorrect address, you must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be sent out a 2nd time.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
